Information collected
When you submit a custom-order request, M&K Design receives the contact details, project information, design notes, fulfillment preferences, and files you choose to provide.
How it is used
The information is used to review your request, ask questions, prepare a quote, plan production, and coordinate pickup, delivery, or shipping. It is not submitted to a payment processor through this form.
Email and service providers
Order requests are delivered through Resend and the website is hosted through Cloudflare. Those providers process the limited technical and form information needed to operate and protect the service.
Design files
Only send files you have the right to share and ask M&K to reproduce. Avoid submitting government identifiers, financial details, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.
Retention and requests
M&K may retain inquiry records as needed to respond, prepare work, maintain business records, and resolve issues. To ask about a submitted request or request deletion, use the custom-order form and clearly label the message “Privacy request.”
Updates
This notice may be updated as the website, email delivery, or payment process changes. The payment system will receive a separate review before it is added.
